Illinois Unemployment Up Slightly

(Springfield, IL) — Illinois’ unemployment rate is up slightly. The state Department of Employment Security says the state’s jobless rate in February was five-percent, up one-percentage point from January. Non-farm payroll jobs dropped nearly 18-thousand over the month.
