One person was injured in a motorcycle accident in rural Mulberry Grove on Saturday afternoon.
Fayette County Sheriff’s Office report say the accident occurred at 3:02 pm at 1014 N 100 Street in rural Mulberry Grove.
The report says that unit one–which was a motorcycle–was operated by Hector L. Zemora and was traveling northbound on North 100 Street. The report says that while traveling north and negotiating an uphill section of the road, Zemora was met by another vehicle that was reported to have been traveling south in the center of the road. Zemora reported that he swerved to avoid a head on collision, causing him to turn his motorcycle over in the road ditch. Zamora was transported to SBL Fayette County Hospital for complaints of leg pain.
