(Decatur, IL) — A man is pleading guilty to causing a crash that left two people dead in Decatur last year. Issaih Flagg entered a guilty plea to reckless homicide and driving with drugs in his system. Authorities say Flagg was driving the vehicle that hit Candace Wilt and Christopher Cox in the 15-hundred block of West Main Street last August. Wilt died at the scene, while Cox was pronounced dead at the hospital. Flagg was driving on a suspended license at the time.
