Skeletal Remains Found In Peoria

(Peoria, IL) — Authorities are investigating after skeletal remains were found in Peoria. The Peoria County Sheriff’s office says the remains were located yesterday in a wooded area in the 15-hundred block of South Crest Drive. The remains will be turned over to the Peoria County Coroner’s Office for examination and identification.
