A Vandalia man has been sentenced to time in prison in Fayette County Court.
31 year old Colton J. Hagy of Vandalia pleaded guilty to the offense of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced by Judge Allan Lolie to 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Hagy also pleaded guilty to one count of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 3 years in prison on that count, as well. Both are to run concurrently.
