(Lake County, IL) — A Mount Prospect man has been identified as the person killed when a small aircraft went down near Deerfield Wednesday night. Seventy-five-year-old Chester Wojnicki was piloting the airplane that began its flight in Madison Wisconsin before running into trouble. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating.
