CEFS Central Illinois Public Transit/CEFS Effingham County Public Transportation will be providing transportation services for In Town and Highway Travel ONLY for 1/27/26 due to blowing and drifting on rural roads. ETrax service will be running. We will be operating normal service hours. This includes the counties of Effingham, Clay, Fayette, Moultrie, Montgomery, Christian & Shelby.
There will be no Meals on Wheels for Vandalia, Brownstown, Bluff City, and St. Elmo on January 27, 2026 due to the inclement weather and road conditions in our region.
