widespread travel impacts. Heavy snow will drop in intensity before sunrise and end completely this afternoon. Light, powdery snow will wisp across cleared pavement. Even if treated, cold temperatures
will lead to quick refreezing. An Extreme Cold Warning is in effect for most of the CWA tonight. Elsewhere, conditions will still be dangerously cold. If stranded, brutal cold will be life threatening. Travel is not advised.
