CHBC struggled to score early and Dieterich got out to a double digit lead early as the Lady Maroons beat the Lady Bobcats 46-24 in National Trail Conference action on Tuesday night. CHBC was held to just two points in the first quarter as Dieterich got out to a 15-2 lead. The second quarter was nearly even with scoring as the Maroons just outscored the Bobcats 10-9 and Dieterich held a 25-11 lead at halftime. CHBC struggled to score again in the third quarter as Dieterich held them scoreless and the Maroons lead pushed out to 34-11. CHBC found their scoring flow again in the fourth quarter and put 13 points on the board but Dieterich tacked on 12 themselves to maintain their big lead and finish off the 46-24 win. Dieterich improves to 11-6 overall on the season and to 2-4 in the NTC. They will be at home again on Thursday to play Ramsey. CHBC drops to 2-12 on the season and will be at Cumberland on Thursday.
