(Decatur, IL) — Two Decatur men are charged with human trafficking. State police say in October, the Coles County Sheriff Department received a report about a theft. During the investigation, a woman was identified as a possible victim of human trafficking. Agents learned the woman had been abused, sexually assaulted, and forced into prostitution by Bryan Slater and Jacob Miller. Slater and Miller were arrested last week and remain in custody at the Macon County Jail.
