The Vandalia Police Department is attempting to locate 13-year-old Kylie M. Toberman of Vandalia. Kylie Is 5’8 approximately 125lbs.
Kylie was last seen around 9:00 PM last night in Vandalia.

• Red sweatshirt
• Black leggings
