
An Iowa man is facing multiple charges in Fayette County Court.
28 year old Benjamin H. Kuhns of Bloomfield, Iowa is facing one Felony Count for Forge Registration, which is a Class 2 Felony. Information on the charge says Kuhns is alleged to have knowingly forged a registration card/permit concerning a 2014 Ford Fusion with an Illinois Registration reading “P P Diddy.” Kuhns is also facing multiple misdemeanor charges including 4 counts of Possession of Firearm without Requisite Firearm Owner’s ID Card for guns and ammunition. He is also facing a misdemeanor charge of Driving on a Suspended License.
In Fayette County Court, it was determined that Kuhns is accused of committing a detainable offense and it was also added he is believed to be a flight risk because of multiple outstanding warrants in other jurisdictions. Kuhns is being held in the Fayette County Jail and will appear in court with counsel today.
