(Chicago, IL) — Governor Pritzker is unveiling the largest infrastructure program in Illinois history. Pritzker announced that 50-billion-dollars will be invested over six years to build and repair infrastructure in the state.
The new program will be spread across all modes of transportation in every Illinois county. It includes 400-million-dollars to support 223 local projects, ranging from street and transit upgrades to bike and pedestrian improvements.
