County Fire Chiefs remove burn ban

Vandalia Fire Chief Zac Stombaugh says the county Fire Chiefs are good with removing the burn ban.  There was scattered rains over the weekend and then heavy rains throughout the county on Tuesday afternoon/evening, bringing some relief to the area after an extended dry period.
