A Mulberry Grove man is facing multiple Felony charges in Fayette County.
34 year old Donald R. Vanhoose is charged with Aggravated Domestic Battery, which is a Class 2 Felony. Information on the charge states that Vanhoose is alleged to have strangled a family or household member of the defendant. Vanhoose also faces a charge of Domestic Battery, which is a Class 4 Felony. Information on that charge alleges that Vanhoose struck the the same family or household member and it also adds that Vanhoose has a prior conviction in Bond County for Domestic Battery.
In Fayette County Court, the court found probable cause to order pre-trial detention for Vanhoose. His next appearance in Fayette County Court will be an appearance with counsel on October 14th.
