(Springfield, IL) — The 2025 Illinois State Fair kicks off today in Springfield. Director of the Illinois Department of Agriculture Jerry Costello the second and other officials unveiled the treasured Butter Cow yesterday in the Dairy Building on the Fairgrounds.
Fair performers include Jake Owen, The Black Crowes, Megan Moroney, Randy Houser with Night Ranger, Snoop Dogg, Sheryl Crow, The Chainsmokers, and Def Leppard. The fair runs through August 17th.
