The Illinois Chamber of Commerce has taken note of the state’s unresolved legislative issues in its annual End of Session Report.
Illinois Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Lou Sandoval said the budget passed by the General Assembly and signed by Governor J.B. Pritzker left critical issues unresolved.
Sandoval said people knew the state had budget challenges long before November 5th.
In the chamber’s report, Sandoval wrote that bad policy occurs when business is not at the table.
