(Shelby Co., IL) — Four people are dead after a train hit a vehicle in rural Shelby County. State police say the accident happened early yesterday at the railroad crossing near County Road 400 North and U.S. Route 45. The road was closed for several hours following the incident, which is under investigation. The names of the victims haven’t been released.
