A Dieterich man has been charged with Criminal Sexual Assault in Fayette County Court.
52 year old Jason L. Sloan has been charged with 4 counts of Criminal Sexual Assault, which is a Class 1 Felony. Information in the charge says that on or between the dates of August 9th of 2018 and December 31st of 2018 Sloan is alleged to have committed a sexual assault as he is alleged to have committed a sexual act with the alleged victim, who would have been 11 years old at the time.
On Monday in Fayette County Court, a detention hearing for Sloan was held. The court found that the state had met its burden that Sloan was alleged to have committed a detainable offense. Sloan would next appear in Fayette County Court in July.
