(Royal, IL) — The identity of the boy killed by a trail in Royal Friday has been released. The Champaign County Coroner ID’ed the boy as nine-year-old Easton Wilsey from Royal. He was trying to cross the tracks at North Railroad Street on his bicycle and was hit. The boy’s death is still under investigation, but appears to be a tragic accident.
