State Senator Jason Plummer says he was disappointed in the address by Chicago Mayor-Elect Brandon Johnson to the Illinois General Assembly on Wednesday.
Senator Plummer was asked if he thought the new Chicago Mayor would seek to get more funding from the state. Senator Plummer says he’s sure he’ll try but he doesn’t see that as a solution.
The Chicago Mayor-Elect will officially take over next month.
