A Cottage Hills man is facing multiple charges in Fayette County Court, including burglary.
45 year old Charles L. Johnson is charged with Residential Burglary, which is a Class 1 Felony. Information on the charge says that Johnson is alleged to have entered a home in rural Farina with the alleged intent to commit a theft. Johnson is also charged with Criminal Damage to Property, which is a Class 4 Felony, as Johnson is alleged to have damaged a door at the rural Farina home. Johnson also faces a Class A Misdemeanor charge of Criminal Trespass to Residence.
Johnson had his bond set at $45,000 and will next appear in Fayette County Court for a preliminary hearing on April 18th.
