Illinois football posted 502 total yards of offense in a 31-0 shutout victory over Chattanooga last night in Champaign. Illini Coach Bret Bielema says he was impressed with their players and coaches.

Tommy DeVito threw for 329 yards and three touchdowns, while Chase Brown posted 108 yards and a TD on the ground for the Fighting Illini. Illinois improved to 3-and-1. The Illini returns to its conference slate October 1st on the road against Wisconsin.
