Carla Huhn has been elected as the new City Clerk in Vandalia. Huhn received 333 votes, compared to 179 for Barri Forehand, 132 for Cinde Carroll and 129 for Kara Metzger to win the election on Tuesday. Huhn was very excited about the election.
And, she says she’s ready to get to work.
Huhn will become the first new clerk for the City of Vandalia in nearly a quarter of a century, after Peggy Bowen decided to retire after 6 terms in office.
