The City of Vandalia has issued a proclamation in support of Child Abuse Prevention Month.
During Monday’s Vandalia City Council meeting, Mayor Doug Knebel issued the proclamation to Erika Givens of CASA to commemorate this month. CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates and they are trained to represent the child’s needs in court.
