Two individuals have been sentenced to prison time this week in Fayette County Court.
40 year old Shawn Keith of Vandalia pleaded guilty to one count of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced by Judge Allan Lolie to 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Keith also pleaded guilty to one count of Violation of Sex Offender Registration and was sentenced to 4 years on that count as well. The sentences will run concurrently.
36 year old Bryan Dagen of Vandalia pleaded guilty to one count of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams and was sentenced by Judge Lolie to 5 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Dagen also pleaded guilty to one count of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine of 15 to 100 grams and was sentenced to 5 years on that count, as well. Dagen also pleaded guilty to one count of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon and was sentenced to 5 years on that count, as well. All the sentences will run concurrently.
