We hear more today from Vandalia Police Chief Jeff Ray as we discuss alternative vehicles on the road.
One type that draws some attention is E Bikes and Chief Ray says they have the same rights on the roadway as a standard bicycle.
As for scooters, Chief Ray says it can be a bit confusing. But, he says there are some places to go to get more information.
