A Ramsey man has been charged with 3 counts of Criminal Sexual Assault in Fayette County Court.
19 year old Cameron W. Snider is charged with the 3 counts, which are all Class 1 Felonies. The charges are from alleged acts in June of this year. The first count states that Snider is alleged to have committed an act of sexual penetration with an individual who would have been 14 at the time, which the charge states would have made them unable to give knowing consent. The second and third counts are for sexual penetration with the same individual allegedly by the use of force.
Snider appeared in Fayette County Court on Friday. He will next appear in court for a preliminary hearing on January 27th at 10 am.
