Snow this afternoon and tonight–Snow and bitter cold on the way Saturday & Saturday night

We are looking at snow moving in the area this afternoon and tonight.

Today we have a chance of snow late this afternoon, but we’ll otherwise see mostly cloudy skies for today with a high of 34.  Then, rain and snow likely for tonight with a low of 29.  New snow accumulation of less than a half inch is expected for tonight.

Meanwhile, we are looking at bitterly cold temperatures over the area this weekend and snow on the way on Saturday.  We will see a low on Saturday night of -3, a high Sunday of just 8 and a low Sunday night of -2.  There is snow in the forecast for Saturday with snow accumulation on Saturday of 1 to 2 inches possible.
