(Clinton County, IL) — A teenager in Illinois is accused of killing over a dozen deer. The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Ashden McArthur stopped on the roadway around the Boulder Area a week ago and opened fire from his vehicle, killing up to 13 deer. McArthur faces criminal charges and conservation violations.
