(Clark Co., IL) — An Indianapolis man is charged in a Clark County crash that left a Coles County Board member and his wife dead. State police say Edwin Pacheco-Meza was driving a van Friday on West Lincoln Street when he hit a Ford F150 near South Division Street in Westfield. Two people in the truck, Michael Clayton and Gail Clayton, were pronounced dead at the scene. Two other people in the truck were hospitalized. Pacheco-Meza was treated for minor injuries. He was arrested on two counts of Aggravated Driving Under the Influence and one count of Reckless Homicide.
