
Just a matter of days after being charged in Fayette County Court, an Iowa man has pleaded guilty to two of the counts against him in Fayette County Court.
In a court appearance this week, 28 year old Benjamin H. Kuhns of Bloomfield, Iowa pleaded guilty to a Felony Count for Forge Registration and he also pleaded guilty to one count of Possession of a Firearm without Requisite Firearm Owner’s ID Card. As part of the plea agreement, the other counts were dismissed.
In the plea agreement, Kuhns is sentenced to 24 months probation, $500 fine plus court courts and firearms to be destroyed. He was released from the Fayette County Jail.
