Vandalia soccer saw its season come to an end Saturday as they suffered a 3-1 loss to Pana on the road at Pana in the quarterfinals of the Altamont 1A Regional. The Vandals were able to get on the scoreboard in the first half as Nic Jackson found the back of the net off an assist from Cole Durbin and trailed just 2-1 at halftime. The host Panthers were able to extend their lead to 3-1 while Vandalia was unable to capitalize on any second half opportunities and took the 3-1 loss. Vandalia ends their season at 2-16-2.
