The Fayette County Health Department’s second drive thru flu clinic is set for Wednesday.
Tomorrow they will hold the drive thru flu clinic at the health department. They will be held:
8 am to 9 am
11:30 am to 12:30 pm
2:30 pm to 3:30 pm
Enter FCHD’s West shed from South 5th Street.
MUST HAVE: drivers license. Insurance card, state employer ID (if applicable)
Medicare part B/private insurance, will be billed. Or self-pay available
This is for individuals 19 and older.
