A Bunker Hill man is facing a felony charge of Theft of a vehicle in Fayette County Court.
56 year old Michael A. Blaine has been charged with Theft of over $500, which is a Class 3 Felony. Information on the charge states that Blaine is alleged to have exerted unauthorized control over the property of an individual, and that property was a 1997 BMW Convertible, which had a value in excess of $500.
Blaine appeared in Fayette County Court on Monday. He was released from custody on Monday with the standard conditions. Blaine will next make an appearance in Fayette County Court on November 25th at 10 am.
