New mural in downtown Vandalia next Veteran’s Memorial Park, City now working on lighting

The Abraham Lincoln mural is up in downtown Vandalia, on the wall next to the Veteran’s Memorial Park.

During Monday’s Vandalia City Council meeting, there were several comments made on how good the new mural looks in that location.  Alderman Andy Lester and City Administrator LaTisha Paslay mentioned they are still working on getting the lighting set up for the mural.
