Vandalia Mayor addresses Oiled Streets situation, says City gathering information

Vandalia Mayor Doug Knebel says the City is gathering information on the fallout from issues with the oiled streets on Tuesday.

Mayor Knebel says–first things first–they have made the necessary corrections to all the earlier affected roads.

And, he says they ask anyone wanting to pass along information to the City of Vandalia to email it to them.
