(Taylorville, IL) — The Taylorville Police Department is calling a school threat unfounded. Authorities launched an investigation after Taylorville Community Unit School District Three alerted parents yesterday about a potential threat to junior high school safety posted on social media. Police declared the threat unfounded following a forensic analysis of a phone and interviews.
