The Altamont boys and girls golf teams competed in a triangular match on Thursday against Oblong and Dieterich at Oak Glen Golf Course in Robinson. The Altamont boys came in third with a team score of 192, just six strokes behind first place Oblong and three strokes behind Dieterich. Henry Niermann was the top finished for the Indians with a 47. For the girls, the Lady Indians and the Dieterich girls did not have enough for a team score, but Cecilia Pearcy led Altamont with a score of 53 and tied for second overall for the girls match. The two teams will be back in action today at Flora.
