Vandalia Mayor talking Economic Development, planning to name remains members of his Econ Dev Committee

Vandalia Mayor Doug Knebel ran his campaign talking about wanting the city to focus more on economic development.  And, he says he feels they are making progress on that front.

Speaking on our weekly podcast “Talking about the Vandalia,” Mayor Knebel says he’s planning to name the remaining at large member of his Economic Development Committee at tonight’s Vandalia City Council meeting.

Mayor Knebel says several factors go into economic development–include infrastructure, housing and work force–and he says the committee he’s putting together should be able to look at each factor deeper.
