Message to Petit Jurors from the Fayette County Circuit Clerk—
For those trying to call in to see if you will be needed on Monday, the system is currently down and you cannot get through. But, Circuit Clerk Kathy Emerick says they will not have a trial on Monday. And, Petit Jurors do not need to call in again until September 12th.
