A Farina man is facing multiple felony charges in Fayette County Court.
26 year old Christopher A. Lambert is facing a total of 4 counts. The first count is a charge of Aggravated Battery of a Victim 60 or older, which is a Class 3 Felony. Information on the charge says that Lambert to have committed a battery against an individual he allegedly knew was over 60 years of age by allegedly striking him in the head. Count 2 is Criminal Trespass to Residence with Person Present, which is a Class 4 Felony. Information says that Lambert is alleged to have entered the residence in Edgewood at a time when Lambert should have known one or more persons were present in that residence. Lambert also faces pending charges of Battery and Criminal Damage to Property, which are both Class A Misdemeanors.
Lambert was released from custody. He will next appear in Fayette County Court on September 9th at 9 am.
