The City of Vandalia’s new Water Treatment Plant is set to see construction get underway very soon.
At Monday’s Vandalia City Council meeting, the City Council took action on a few items to officially get the project underway. Speaking on our weekly podcast, “Talking about Vandalia,” Mayor Doug Knebel talks about the project.
One of the items the City of Vandalia took action on was to set up $8 million in interim financing. Mayor Knebel explains that process.
