City of Vandalia looking for a new Water Dept Head as they move forward on a new Water Treatment Plant

The City of Vandalia is looking for a new head of their Water Department as they move forward with a new Water Treatment Plant.

Currently Water Department Superintendent Andy Gelsinger will be leaving his position in mid-August.  Speaking during our podcast, “Talking about Vandalia,” Mayor Doug Knebel says he knows it’s not an easy position to fill.

But, Mayor Knebel does believe it is made a more attractive position as they move forward with the new Water Treatment Plant.
