We are looking at showers and storms for today and tonight and strong to severe storms are a possibility.
Showers and storms are likely for today with a high of 80. Winds from the south will gust better than 20 miles per hour. Then, showers and storms for tonight with a low of 65.
Meanwhile, there is a threat of strong to severe storms over the area this afternoon and this evening. The National Weather Service in St. Louis says thunderstorms will re-form ahead of and along a cold front this afternoon and into the early evening. A few of these thunderstorms may be severe between 1-7PM, capable of 60 mph winds and locally heavy rainfall.
