The FNB Community Bank recently announced the promotion of Megan Kistler to Commercial Loan Officer, Assistant Vice President.
Kistler is a graduate of Ramsey High School and then earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Lindenwood University. Post graduation from Lindenwood, Megan started her only job after college at The FNB Community Bank and hasn’t looked back since. She started at a Credit Analyst about 10 years ago, was promoted to Senior Credit Analyst, and now has decided to change paths to a Commercial Loan Officer.
“After nearly 10 years in credit analysis, I’ve come to really appreciate the people behind the numbers. I’m excited for this new chapter in commercial lending – getting to know our customers better, understanding what drives their businesses and helping them move forward,” stated Kistler.
In speaking on Megan’s recent promotion, Joe Schaal, Senior Lending Officer, Vice President stated “since joining the bank 10 years ago, Megan has served as a Credit Analyst, where she has played a key role in evaluating complex credit requests and working with loan officers to deliver financing solutions for commercial clients. Megan’s strong analytical skills and commitment to our clients will make this a natural and exciting progression. I’m confident she will continue to provide exceptional service in this new role, helping our business clients grow and succeed. In her new capacity, Megan will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial loan relationships and supporting local businesses throughout the region.”
Megan has been an integral part of The FNB team for many years, and is an emerging young leader of the bank, further cementing her Assistant Vice President title. Outside of work you can find Megan hiking with her family, thrifting, gardening and preparing meals from scratch.
