A Vandalia man has been charged with 3 counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault in Fayette County Court.
34 year old Roy Dorsey is facing the 3 counts, which are all Class X Felonies. Information in the charges states that the defendant is alleged to have committed an act of sexual penetration with a person with a physical disability at the time of the alleged act, and that information is part of all 3 counts.
On Monday in Fayette County Court, a detention hearing was held and Dorsey was ordered detained and will remain in the Fayette County Jail. His next court appearance is a pre-trial appearance on June 18th at 9 am.
