State Representative Blaine Wilhour addressed the crowd during Illinois Gun Owner Lobby Day in Springfield.
IGOLD has become the largest demonstration of citizens promoting gun owners’ rights in the United States. After a downtown rally, the group marched to the Capitol Building for a second rally in front of the Lincoln statue where they were addressed by a number of state officials, including State Representative Blaine Wilhour.
IGOLD was started back in the early 1990’s to put a face on Illinois gun owners.
