A Vandalia man has been sentenced to prison time on Methamphetamine charges in Fayette County Court.
On Tuesday, 59 year old Stanley J. Kelly of Vandalia pleaded guilty to one count of Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine of 5 to 15 grams and was sentenced by Judge Nathan Frisch to 5 1/2 years in Illinois Department of Corrections. Kelly also pleaded guilty to one count of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine of 15 to 100 grams and was sentenced to 6 years in prison on that charge. Both cases are to run concurrently. Kelly was originally charged back in March of 2023.
