* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, The Dively and Vandalia Levees begin to be
  overtopped.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 19.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 11:00 AM CDT Saturday was 19.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.5
    feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage
    late Tuesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    26.5 feet on 05/18/1990.
